One on One Intro Training

1 hour: $80

This in-person introduction session will help you set your baseline goals, learn different movements and weight-lifting techniques to help you reach your fitness goals. 

4 week Strength and Conditioning Training

1.5 hours: $150

This 4-week session will focus on building strength and improving endurance. The session will include tailored strength and cardio exercises, as well as nutritional guidance during your training. 

6 Weeks Strength and Conditioning Training

1.5 minutes: $200

This 6-week session will focus on building strength and improving endurance. The session will include tailored strength and cardio exercises, as well as nutritional guidance during your training. 

8 Weeks Strength and Conditioning Training

1.5 minutes: $250

This 8-week session will focus on building strength and improving endurance. The session will include tailored strength and cardio exercises, as well as nutritional guidance during your training. 

12 Week Strength and Conditioning Training

1.5 minutes: $300

This 12-week session will focus on building strength and improving endurance. The session will include tailored strength and cardio exercises, as well as nutritional guidance during your training.

For those who can't meet in person, my virtual sessions are perfect for you! This is a month-by-month subscription that you can cancel at any time. You receive daily workouts, nutritional guidance through my app, and weekly check-ins.
